Dear Dorrough Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you in the passing of Russell. I only had the pleasure of meeting him at the Soil and Water Conservation District meeting where he was honored with the Presidential Award for his tireless dedication to the Earth Team volunteer program and NRCS! We at NRCS will greatly miss his smile, his voice and his love of conservation, and above all seeing him at the Clarksville office.
