I just learned of Mrs.Shlebys passing and I was very sorry I didnt get a chance to give my condolences to her family.I thought Mrs.Shelby was an amazing lady that did so much for so many people. She helped me and my family on a couple of different occasions. She helped in giving money to my Mom & Dad (from nans clothes closet)when my mom was battling cancer and my Dad stayed home to take care of her.Mrs.Shelby also helped when my house burned down a couple of yrs ago by giving my family money and offering for us to come pick out clothes from nans clothes closet.She also helped cook&serve the dinner at the martin mem. methodist chuch for my family and I after my mom passed away. She will be deeply missed and her memory will always be highly upheld in Detroit. sincerely, Kellie(watson)Stringer
