Obituary of Elaine Kelsoe

Elaine Kelsoe, age 65, of Avery, passed away, Monday, January 8, 2018, at Ponderosa Nursing Home, in DeKalb.  Elaine was born, December 29, 1952, in Oak Cliff to Lida Luther and Judy Swain Fain.  She graduated from Avery High School and was a Cosmetologist. Elaine was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church.  Her parents and a brother, Jerry Smith preceded her in death. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. H.D. Deanie Lambert officiating.  Burial will follow in Avery Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are, Melvin Runyan, Trent Kelsoe, Edwin Kelsoe, Wade Kelsoe, Earl Kelsoe and Kenneth Kelsoe.

Honorary Pallbearers are, Keith Briggs, Jerry Robinson, Kyle Kelsoe and Ryan Kelsoe.

Survivors include her husband, Mikael Kelsoe of Avery; 2 sons, Justin Kelsoe and wife, Carmen of Avery and Randy Kelsoe of Avery; 1 brother, Wayne Fain of Royce City; and 5 grandchildren.
