To the family: I only knew Mrs. Anna the last 3 or 4 years. She seemed like such a nice and sweet lady. Mother always called her Novell, and was quite pleased that she was her roommate. I am sorry for your loss, and will miss seeing her myself on the days that I visit my mom.

To Bruce and family, Mrs. Novell was one of the earliest people I remember when I was a little girl. She was very close to my Aunt Sharlene, so I thought she must be kin to us too. I know that there's nothing to prepare us for losing our Mothers. I hope you can remember the many good times you shared and be thankful for the many years you have had her.
