Obituary of Pauline Presley

Pauline Presley, age 86, of DeKalb, passed away Friday, September 24.2010, at Sunny Acres Nursing Home. Pauline was a homemaker and member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Presley was born August 18, 1924, in Clarksville to Otis and Mamie Howell Potts. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.L. Presley; a daughter, Beverly Presley Granbery; and three brothers. Graveside services are set for 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 27, 2010, at Jamison Chapel Cemetery with Rev. James Brown officiating. Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Monday at Clarksville Funeral Home. Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Granbery, Jason Estes, Jeff Estes, Jody Estes, Joey Potts and Tony Potts. Survivors include her daughter, Judy Estes of DeKalb; five grandchildren, Scott Granbery, Vikki Fugitt, Jason Estes, Jeff Estes and Jody Estes; numerous great and great- great grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Townes of Klute.
