To all of you precious Porterfields, My heart is broken with you ! Our Mom's were best friends , sharing the same Christmas birthday, Which upon my mom's death , I would call Mary * SHOE * - Sue , every birthday following. She loved the piano , the nursing home , and her dog <3 I loved listening to everything she could tell me of Clarksville. She helped me in ways no one else could !! She was an Angel on earth , and now has gained her wings to "FLY AWAY" - our favorite hymn I'll fly away ... I hope Heather sings this .... - love to all - Candy

I have only the fondest of memories of Mary Sue!! She helped make my time at Regency a great experience. She always had a smile on her face and was so helpful to me. She was a sweetheart and I know will be missed by all. I had the opportunity to see her last December at CNC and am so thankful I did. You are all in my thoughts and prayers! Much love, Nita

Mary was my piano teacher for a few years when I was in elementary school. Dotty, my sister, performed in a piano recital she put on for her students. She lived across from my Aunt when she lived in Clarksville. She was a very sweet lady and was so interesting to be around. She will be greatly missed. Thank you Mary Sue for taking time to broaden my interest in music and the piano.
