Obituary of Bettye Tiller Wright

Bettye Tiller Wright, age 82, of Clarksville, passed away, Thursday, June 03, 2010, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Wright was born September 15, 1927 in Wolfe City to George Dale and Bill Sauls Tiller. She was the owner of Wright’s Trucking and a member of the First Baptist Church. She married James Robert “Chicken” Wright, June 19, 1943. He preceded her in death. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010 in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Gossett officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before service time at the funeral home. Survivors include two sons, Frog Wright and wife Kathy of Clarksville and Jim Wright of Horseshoe Bay; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a brother, Lynn Dale Tiller of West Monroe, Louisiana. Serving as Pallbearers are Sammy Gist, Donny Baird, Blaine Puckett, Larry Stratton, Dale McEwin and Tommy VanDeaver.
