Obituary of Berniece Seay

Berniece Parchman Seay, passed away December 7, 2012, Rockwall, Texas. She was born to Olin and Maggie Parchman on July 2, 1920, in Red River County. Mrs. Seay is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Celestial Parchman Russell and her husbands Wayne Seay and Randal Goff. Mrs. Seay was a member of the Church of Christ. She spent 30 years in the nursing profession and continued as a hospice volunteer. Special thanks is due to her physicians Dr. Robert Striegler and Dr. Elpidia Balbastro of Abilene, Texas also the fine staff at Emeritus Summer Ridge in Rockwall and the wonderful hospice staff Carolyn, Sandra and Julie of Christian Care Center, Mesquite, Texas Funeral services will be in the Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m., December 12, 2012. Burial will follow in Parchman Cemetery, Annona, Texas. Pallbearers will be David Seay, Scott Kenley, Brad Russell, Robbie Russell, Kyle Russell and Mike Russell. Survivors include one son, Doug Seay, Rockwall, Texas; one daughter, Angela Kenley, Grand Junction, Colorado; and one sister, Charlotte Sanchez, Encino, California. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice in Berniece's memory.
