Obituary of Dedrick Jess Stiles

Dedrick Jess Stiles, age 47, of Boxelder, passed away Saturday,October 13, 2012, at his residence. Dedrick was born in Clarksville on May 8, 1965, to John G. and Janie Phelps Stiles. He was preceded in death by his father; 2 brothers, Smokey Stiles and Harvey Goodwin; and a sister, Lucilla Stiles. He is survived by his mother, Janie Walton and husband Walt of Whiterock; 2 daughters, Stacie Renee Stiles Wheeler and husband Matthew of Reno and Lori Marie Stiles of Idabel, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, Mikalela and Kylie Wheeler and Ahnayah Golston ; 4 brothers, James Paul Stiles of Bonham, Roy Goodwiin and Larry Goodwin both of Whiterock and Brian Goodwin of Paris. For all that knew Dedrick, knew he was one of a kind and will be missed by his friends in Red River County. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 18, 2012, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Whiterock Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Ray Woody, Nick Baird, Roy Epps, Daniel Brackeen, David Wayne Phelps and Gary Lee Baird. Honorary Pallbearers are Bobby Woody, Bubba Durham, Rickey Baird and Corley Floyd. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday night at Clarksville Funeral Home.
