Obituary of Pat Holder

Patsy Jean Holder, age 69, of Avery, passed away, Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at ETMC Clarksville. Pat was born February 2, 1943, in Clarksville to Isaac Franklin “Ike” and Ella Jean Igo Conway. She married her husband of 52 years, Lynn Holder on November 26, 1960, in DeKalb. She retired from Rockwell International in Richardson, Texas and was a member of the Avery Missionary Baptist Church. She loved collecting antiques and was a former Avery ISD school board member. Her father, an infant daughter and her father and mother in law, Travis and Virgia Holder preceded her in death. Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012, at the Avery Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Roddy Jackson and Rev. Don “Dink” Benton officiating. Burial will follow in Avery Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Lynn Holder of Avery; her mother, Ella Jean Conway of Kemp; 2 daughters, Shelley Benton and husband Dink of Clarksville and Stephanie Bunch and husband Allen of DeKalb; 6 grandchildren, Jake Cantrell and wife Christi, Tara Wadlington and husband Vance, Tyler Cantrell, Maggie, Micah and Mercy Bunch; 3 great grandchildren, Shelby, Aidan and Levi; and 2 brothers, Ike Conway and wife Janice of Kemp and Stacey Conway of Dallas.
