Obituary of Norma Billingsley Mowery

Norma Francis Billingsley Mowery of Paris was born March 30, 1926, in Red River County to Clarence and Corda Diveny Billingsley. The Lord took her from this life on August 22, 2012, at Spring Lake Assisted Living. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Mowery was preceded in death by her husband, Chelsea Rolin Mowery on August 4, 2005. Survivors include 4 children, Jerry Mowery and wife Deanna, Ruth Pickering and husband Don, Frank Mowery and wife Linda, and Mike Mowery and wife Kelly all of Paris; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Christine Epps of Hooks and Eveline Jamison of Blossom; and 1 sister-in-law, Lillian Mowery of Fresno, California. Funeral services are schedulded for 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2012, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Shupp officiating. Burial will follow in Tuggle Springs Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Darren Mowery, Kevin Mowery, Todd Tisdell, Trent Tisdell, Nicholas Tisdell and Eddie Don Pickering.
