Obituary of Jim Robert Welch

Jim Robert Welch, age 47, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at his residence. Jim was born February 25, 1965, in Clarksville, to Glenn Odell and Nancy Jamison Welch. He was a mechanic. He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Carolyn Paul; and an infant son. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Colgrove and Rev. Tracy Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time Saturday, at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Mike Welch, Bruce Segleski, Bryan Welch, Carl Hausler, Jim Henderson, John Anderson and Ronnie Stafford. Survivors include his daughter, Shannon Pryor and husband, Cody of the Negley Community; his grandson, Boston Allen Pryor; his mother, Nancy Jamison Moore of Clarksville; 4 sisters, Lola Lorene Leiker of Plano, Susan Henderson and husband, James of Sulphur Springs, Billie Kay Stafford of Portland, Oregon, and Kimberly Segleski and husband, Bruce of Sulphur Springs; 1 brother, Michael Welch and wife, Leigh of Corpus Christi; 7 nieces; and 1 nephew.
