Obituary of Ruby Faye Harvey

Ruby Faye Crump Harvey, age 87, of Clarksville, died, Sunday, June 17, 2012, at her residence. Mrs. Harvey was born in Cunningham, on September 16, 1924, the daughter of Lewis and Ora Kyle Crump. She was a member of the McKenzie Memorial United Methodist Church and a special mother and grandmother. Her husband, Clyde Harvey; a son, Kyle Harvey; and a great granddaughter, Taylor Lynn Colbert preceded her in death. Graveside services are 6:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Colgrove officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 5:30, Monday afternoon at Clarksville Funeral Home. Honorary Pallbearers are James Paul Harvey, Burrell Harvey, Heath Harvey, Eathan McLendon, Twister Harvey, Cole Dodd, Tanner Galvin, Cain Kunkel, Kolten Kunkel, Boyd Harvey, Luke Raper and Jeff Harvey. Survivors include two daughters, Rita McLendon of Clarksville and Linda Colbert and husband, Mike of Breckenridge; and her grandchildren, Chuck McLendon, Kim Galvin, Trich McLendon, Matt Colbert, Vicki Colbert and Chris Harvey; and 14 great grandchildren.
