Obituary of Zachary Ryan Springer

Zachary Ryan Springer, age 19, of Paris, died in Dallas. Zachary was attending the Universtiy of Texas at Dallas and was a Junior. Zachary's spirit took flight from this earth on May 19, 2012. His spirit was born out of time... he wanted to be a pioneer. Zachary was born February 11, 1993, in Sulphur Springs, to Kenneth and Beth Prunty Springer. He attended North Lamar Independent School District from Kindergarten through 10th grade, and then went to the Texas Academy of Math and Science at the University of North Texas. He graduated in the top of his class in May of 2011. Zachary was a Junior at the University of Texas at Dallas. Zachary was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Cross Springer; and an uncle, Billy Michael Prunty. Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Beth Springer of Paris; a sister, Emily Springer of Paris; grandparents, Joan Ruthart of Paris and Billy James and Dorris Prunty of Detroit; aunts and uncles, Mike and Deann Springer, Sandy and Mark Langwell, Charlie Jordan, Anna and James Justice, Paul and Julie Prunty, Venessa and Dwight Tubb, Eric Prunty and Sarah Ray; and his special adoptive mom and family in Fairview, that he loved with all his heart, Evy Davis and Joe and Kiki Rossi. Honorary Pallbearers are Joe Rossi, Ryan Box, Jackson Graves, Tanner Goff, Devon Tempelmeyer and Jeremy Miller. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2012, in Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Brad Crosswhite officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Zachary was a star that shone so bright; so full of promise. Taken from us way too soon, Zachary is gone, but will never be forgotten, as he will live on forever in our hearts and minds. We will rejoice on the day when we see that brilliant smile again.
