Obituary of Glada F Williamson

Glada Faye Hall Williamson, age 75, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 06, 2011, at ETMC in Clarksville. Mrs. Williamson was a loving mother and grandmother. She was employed as a secretary for 38 years by Clarksville Independent School District. She was a member of the McKenzie Memorial United Methodist Church. Glada was born in Brashear, Texas on November 12, 1935, to Roy Lee and Thelma Tarrant Hall. She was preceeded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Lewis, Roy A. and Marvis Hall; and 3 sisters, Lovenia Kearns, Katie Beasley and Ada Bishop. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2011, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Colgrove officiating. Graveside services and burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Cumby Cemetery, Cumby, Texas all under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Michael Townes, Chris Vaughn, Bryan Barnes, Glenn Edwards, Brett Jones and Chace Usrey. Honorary Pallbearers are Josh Limbock, Grant Lewis and Aaron Lewis. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Survivors include 3 daughters, Camey Limbock and Donnie of Clarksville, Annette Hanna and Norris of Dekalb and Rhonda Reno and Robert of Texarkana, Texas; 6 grandchildren, Meagan Hensley, Josh Limbock, Aaron Lewis, Grant Lewis, Sara Limbock and Leah Williamson; 2 great grandchildren, Cecilia Faye Hensley and Tara Jayde Limbock; 3 sisters, Kathleen Shaner of San Diego, California, Joan Graham of Philiadelphia, Pennsylvania and Jane Hunt of Point. Memorials may be made in Glada’s name to the McKenzie Memorial United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 635, Clarksville, Texas, 75426.
