Obituary of Verbie Bellottte

Verbie G. Bellotte, age 77, of Avery, passed away, Sunday, August 21, 2011, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bellotte was born May 8, 1934, in Avery to Ernest Wilton and Nillie Meadows Bellotte. He was a member of the Avery First Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ray Bellotte. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at the Avery First Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Churchill officiating. Burial will follow in Avery Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include three sons, Willie Bellotte of Austin, David Bellotte of Oklahoma and Gary Bellott of Paris; one daughter, Pam Patton of Oklahoma; two sisters, Ernestine Anderson and husband Melvin of Avery and Dorothy Townsend and husband C.J. of Fayette, Alabama; two brothers, Danny Bellotte and wife Darlene of Maud and Leo Bellotte and wife Hallie of Bossier City, Louisiana.
