Obituary of Anthony James Smith

Anthony James Smith, age 38, of McKinney, Texas, passed away on July 21, 2011, at Plano Medical Center. Anthony was born August 2, 1972, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to James and Eva Keberle Smith. He married Grace Steere on December 28, 2008. He was an Electrican with Morley Moss Electric in Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2011, at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Peek and Rev. Ronnie Kellam officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Rene Martinez, Shane Henderson, Danny Smith, Bruce Smith and Jon Smith. Honorary Pallbearers are Matt Montego and Daniel Smith The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 4 to 6 at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife Grace Smith of the home; his father, James Smith of Deport; his mother, Eva Smith of Powderly; a sister, Robin Barton of Arlington; a brother, Andrew Smith of Savannah Georgia; and special friends, Rene and Renae Martinez.
