Obituary of Stella Crouch Pace

Stella Crouch Pace, of Clarksville, passed away, Wednesday, July 3, 2019.

Stella was born September 29, 1932, in Red River County to Horris James & Eliza Toones Crouch.  Stella enjoyed fishing as her pastime, and loved teaching her grandchildren, nieces and nephews how to fish.  “Always take time to wet the hook.” She was a member of the College Avenue Baptist Church and loved her friends and family.  Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Joe Pace; son, Jacky Pace; 3 brothers and 3 Sisters.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Star Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Jo Ann Gibson and husband, Randall Ploch of Wylie; her sister, Ann McNeil and husband, James; her brother, Harvey Crouch and wife, Mary; brother-in-law, Willie Pace; sister-in-law, Dorothy Crouch; 4 grandchildren, Kimberly McCallum and husband, Alan, Natosha Swenson and husband, Chris, Ricky Ploch and wife, Curstin and Rodney Ploch and wife, Jessica; 10 great grandchildren, Jeremy, John, Mark, William, Samantha, Jacob, Caseyn, Cadence, Julia and Alexandra and numerous nieces and nephews.
