Obituary of Clara Coble Hulsey

Clara Faye Coble Hulsey, of Bagwell, died Friday, November 12, 2010 at East Texas Medical Center, Tyler, surrounded by her family. Born in Addielou, Texas, April 19, 1941, to Eliza Coble. In 1955, Clara Faye married her husband Henry “Bo” Hawley. They were married for 31 years until his death in 1986. In 1998, Clara Faye married William “Bill” Hulsey who survives her. Clara Faye worked for many years as an in home health care provider and showed great compassion for all of her patients. Clara Faye enjoyed gardening, her dogs, and spending time with her husband Bill. Clara Faye took much pride in her award winning Christmas light display for several years. Clara Faye is also survived by her children Clara Mae Beasley (David), Polly Nailing (Barry), Johnny Hawley (Linda), Ernie Hawley, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother Ernest “Cotton” Coble, and sisters Laverne Edwards, Peggy Bell, Wanda Munoz, and Opal Nailing. Clara Faye was preceded in death by her daughter Rosemary Hawley, her grandson Douglass Mitchell Beasley, and her great-grandson Caleb Patrick Glasgow, her brothers Cecil Coble, George Coble and Wilburn Coble, and sister Louise Sticher. Family and Friends are invited to a visitation at Clarksville Funeral Home on Sunday, November 14 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Leesville Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Leesville Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Roger Edwards, Porter Griggs, Porter Griggs, Jr., Ricky Burnett, Shorty Burnett, Boyd Harmening, Lyle Edwards and Johnny Edwards.
