Obituary of Ellis Truman Stewart

Ellis Truman Stewart, age 70, of Duncanville, formerly of Cuthand, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010, in Duncanville. Mr. Stewart was born to Charles Melvin Stewart, Sr. and Lois Cook Stewart on July 30, 1940, in Cuthand, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Charles, William and Noil and one sister, Pauline Cavnar. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Roseberry Stewart; one son, Robert Keith Stewart and wife Ruthanne of Duncanville; one daughter, Paula Ann Stewart of Ft. Worth; a brother, Kenneth Wayne Stewart of Midlothian; three grandchildren, Stephanie Stewart, Cody Stewart and Kristen Stewart and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Savannah Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Clarksville Funeral Home.
