Sorry to hear of Doyal’s passing.
He was my first “Boss” as a supervisor in Ark City and could not have had a better experience.
Will always remember him fondly and recall stories of he and my Dad and their adventures in their careers. He had more common sense than almost anyone I ever knew.
Hope to be there Saturday.
Jim Fitzgerald

First met Doyal in 1965 and our paths crossed on the ATSF until our retirements in 1989. He was always a joy to be around and his sense of humor was unique. He was a good man, a very good railroader and a good friend for many years. Our prayers are with Laverne, Kathy and Kevin at this sad time. Doyal will be missed by all. Bill and Dene Heath

Doyle was a treat to be around. I met him when Alexa was very young and Kevin was working with the youth shooters. Mr. Duncan was a proud father & grandfather and it showed with a twinkle in his eyes. Condolences to the entire Duncan family.

I met Doyal at the old Tyler Gun Club in 2002 at the Bob Mays shoot. He quickly taught a rookie shooter some etiquette. "Son don't start to move your gun until the shooter to your left has shot" That shooter to my left was him. He was squaded with me at the state shoot this year, I'll miss shooting with him.
