Obituary of Wesley Gene Alley

Wesley Gene Alley, age 56, formerly of Detroit, passed away, Tuesday, February 09, 2016, in Mineral Wells. Wesley was born December 23, 1959, in Levelland to W.W. and Lois Alley. He attended Detroit High School and was a plumber by trade. Wesley was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was always known for his infectious smile and the love he had for his children. Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Agnus Webber and George Harned and his father, W.W. Alley. Graveside services are set for 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2016, at Detroit Cemetery with Jamie Miller officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home. Wesley is survived by his mother, Lois Harned of Mineral Wells; step mother, Charlotte Alley of Detroit, the mother of his children, Karla Ford Alley of Paris; the loves of his life, his children, Wesley Carlton Alley of Paris and Meagen Smith and husband, Austin of Paris; granddaughter, Mollie Grace Smith of Paris; his sisters, Melody Stone and Dawanna Gill; his brother, Leon McBee all of Mineral Wells; his nephew, Tony Eskue of Frisco; his niece Tracy Perez of Mineral Wells and his step-sister, Deidre Alley.
