Obituary of Gerald Dean Stidham

Gerald Dean Stidham, formerly of Boxelder, passed away, Thursday, June 25, 2015, in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. Stidham was born November 20, 1932, in the Boxelder Community to Robert Windsor and Mackie Ford Stidham. He taught school for over 29 years. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents; and 2 brothers, Robert Windsor Stidham, Jr., and Joe Willis Stidham. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church. He was an avid sports fan and loved all animals. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 2, 2015, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Stidham and Rev. Jason Stidham officiating. Burial will follow in Boxelder Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Rose Smith Stidham of Parker, Arizona; 2 sons, David Stidham and wife, Heidi of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Roger Stidham of Mesa, Arizona; 2 daughters, Deana Stidham of Parker, Arizona and Rhesa Stidham of Gilbert, Arizona; 1 brother, Horace Stidham of Atlanta; and 2 grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers are, James Davis, Shane Davis, Paul Stidham, Hayes Allston, Robert Maroney and Robert Stidham. Honorary pallbearer is, Aaron Davis.
