Obituary of Robert Jerome Maroney

Robin (Robert J.) Maroney, age 60, of Irving, passed away Friday, May, 22 in the V.A. Hospital Dallas. He was the son of Jerome Outon Roberts and husband, Bill of Irving, and Bob (Robert E.) Maroney and wife, Judy of Boxelder. Robin was the grandson of the late, Robert and Ila Mae Maroney and the late,Kirby and Sudie Outon. He was born May 7, 1955, in Sherman, and grew up in Corpus Christi. He is survived by his sons, Wayne Maroney of Corpus Christi, Neil Maroney of Plano, and Max Maroney Irving; his parents; and sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Jim Lawrence of McKinney; and several loving nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Graveside services are set for 11:00 a.m.,Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at Boxelder Cemetery with Rev. Debra John and Rev. Don “Dink” Benton officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
