Obituary of Berta Cagle Jackson

Berta Ann Jackson, age 88, of Redwater, passed away, Thursday, February 12, 2015, at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home in Texarkana. Mrs. Jackson was born June 6, 1926, in Clarksville to John and Sarah Elizabeth Bramhall Cagle. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Jackson retired from Kilgore College, loved gardening, sewing and being around people. She was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Jackson; and her son, Michael Jackson. Graveside services are set for 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Bob Griffith officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. There will be no formal visitation. Survivors include 1 sister, Imogene Burns of Redwater
