Obituary of Thelma Cook

Thelma Cook, age 88, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Clarksville Nursing Center. Mrs. Cook was born April 14, 1926, in Delta County, Texas to Walter and Myrtle Alley Barham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cook and a son, Charles Cook III. Survivors include her daughter, Luann Banker of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Sara Wisinger of Clarksville, Philip Banker of Hurst and Robert Cook of Crowley; and her brother, Newell Barham of Midland. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
