Obituary of Minnie Lance

Minnie Lance, age 62, of Avery, passed away January 27, 2014, at her residence. Minnie was born July 9, 1951, in Ladonia to Rev. J.C. and Lois Gilbert Webster. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bo Lance; a grandson, Jayden Crouch; a brother, Bobby Webster; and a sister, Mary Sue Webster. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Russell Herring officiating. Burial will follow in Garland Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6 to 8 at Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Jesse Earl Lance of Avery; two daughters, Sherry Garrison and husband Paul of Avery and Toni Gomez of Avery; eight grandchildren, Josh Crouch and wife Marybeth, Dakota Crouch and fiancee April Turner, Dillon Crouch, Stoney Lance, Cierra Moore and husband Steven, Jaycee Lance, Tonya Lively and James Lively; and seven great-grandchildren.
