Obituary of Alla Dee Barham

Alla Dee Barham, age 92, of Clarksville, passed away, Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at Clarksville Nursing Center. Mrs. Barham worked for Handy Foods, Lewis Grocery and Bar-B-Que and later retired from Clarksville Independent School District. She was born June 12, 1921, in Delta, County to Walter and Myrtle Alley Barham. She was of the Methodist faith and her nephew, Chuck Cook preceded her in death. Graveside services are set for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. There will be no formal visitation. Survivors include one sister, Thelma Cook of Clarksville; one brother, Newell Barham of Midland; one niece, Luann Banker; one nephew, Brent Barham; one great niece, Sarah Wisinger; and two great nephews, Robert Cook and Philip Banker.
