Obituary of Dorothy Bishop

Dorothy Elizabeth Bishop, age 90, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013, at Regency Nursing Center. Mrs. Bishop was born March 14, 1923, in the English Community to Ned and Nannie Huff Chambers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Bishop and a sister, Maxine Chambers. She was a very compassionate and strong woman. Graveside services are set for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at the English Cemetery with Rev. Mark Gossett officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include her daughter, Ruby Segleski and husband Charlie of Clarksville; a grandson, Cody Segleski and wife Tomoko of Dayton, Ohio; and a step-granddaughter, Shanna Segleski of Garland.
