Obituary of Terra Moore

Terra Moore, age 27, of Paris, passed away, Sunday, September 22, 2013, near Detroit, Texas. Terra was born May 5, 1986, in Paris to Steven Wayne and Shelia Davidson Moore. She was preceded in death by her father, Steven Moore; and her grandparents, Archie and Freddie Moore and Clyde Davidson. Terra was a member of the Bethel Temple Church in Paris. She loved the outdoors but most of all she loved being a mother. Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at the Bethel Temple Church with Rev. Ralph Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Lamar County under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 5 to 7 at the church. Pallbearers are Harley Davidson, Bret Gray, John Burton, Larry Black, Darrell Byram and Clyde Davidson Jr. Survivors include her mother, Shelia Sikes and husband Howard of Paris; her grandparents, Melba Davidson of Paris and W.D. and Pat Wynn of Paris; 1 son, Chris Sikes of Paris; 1 daughter, Lyla Marie Reed of Detroit; 3 sisters, Brittney Davidson and Angel Davidson of Paris and Heather Sikes of Cooper; 3 brothers, Greg Moore and Steven “Little” Moore of Paris and Matthew Sikes of Dallas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
