Obituary of Mary Ruth Troxell

Mary RuthTroxell, age 79, of Avery, passed away, Monday, December 31, 2012, at ETMC Tyler. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 3, 2013, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with the Rev. H.D. “Deannie” Lambert officiating. Buirial will follow in Heneritta Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers are John Gray, Kevin Gray, Ronnie Harp, Steve Annis, Justin Holloway, Ty Arnold and Shane Henderson. Mrs. Troxell was born September 11, 1933, in Clarksville to Ennis and Audalee Burkett Hogland. She was a loving grandmother and was known as “Nannie” to all that new her and a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, F.L. Troxell; a daughter, Vicki Holloway; a granddaughter, Misty Holloway; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters. Survivors include 2 sons, Mike Troxell and wife Vicki of the English Community and Jerry Troxell and wife Melinda of Avery; 1 daughter, Linda Jackson and husband Gearld of Negley; 1 brother Earl Hogland of Wills Point; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
