Donna Smart Scott was my cousin and very dear friend. We grew up together in Texarkana, Ar where she graduated from Arkansas High School in 1965. We had many conversations over the last few years about the fun and adventures we had as children and teenagers. I loved her like a sister and will always miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with Shannon, Vincent and her beloved grandaughers, Kendall and Kinsey.
